Hitchcock's The 39 Steps

August 1 - September 1, 2024

Fridays at 7:30pm, Saturdays at 5:00pm, & Sundays at 5:00pm

South Pasadena Theatre Workshop proudly announces the dynamic staging of The 39 Steps, adapted by Patrick Barlow from the novel by John Buchan and based on the celebrated classic spy thriller by Alfred Hitchcock.

Follow the incredible adventures of our handsome hero Richard Hannay, complete with stiff-upper-lip, British gung-ho and pencil moustache as he encounters dastardly murders, double-crossing secret agents, and, of course, devastatingly beautiful women. This wonderfully inventive and gripping comedy thriller features four fearless actors, playing 100 roles in 80 minutes of fast-paced fun and thrilling action.
